The honest read
The UK's Online Trade Tariff and HMRC's declaration, transit, ruling and EORI services are open, ERP modules compute duties and Intrastat, MCP servers and data mirrors cover the US and EU schedules, and a dozen classification assistants exist, most of them prototypes. Customs valuation, origin determination and a classification engine a broker would rely on: nothing open yet.

An authority's own tariff service with an API, and an ERP module in use for HS codes and Intrastat: the two solid pieces. The classification assistants are prototypes to read, not to rely on.
