What it does

A REST API in Node and TypeScript for searching the Vietnamese Harmonised System explanatory notes and supplementary notes in Vietnamese or English by keyword, with chapter and heading endpoints. Run it yourself with npm or Docker, or call the hosted api.tracuuhs.com with a rate limit per IP and an optional free key. The data is credited to the Vietnamese Customs General Department; MIT.
