What it does
PHP library that models tax types, rates and rate amounts that change on a date, with predefined rates for EU countries and Switzerland, and resolvers that pick the tax type and rate for a sale from customer and store addresses, with EU intra-Community and digital-services rules. It needs PHP 7.1+ and the commerceguys/zone package. The README says other countries' rates are missing.
