What it does
Go API on the EU Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) data model: it reads the EU's XML report format, maps character-level constraints onto custom types, validates a quarterly report against them and returns JSON, storing reports in MongoDB. Runs with Docker Compose and an environment file holding database credentials. MIT; the README covers only building and running the containers.
