What it does
A JSON database of HS codes for chapters 61 to 65 (apparel, made-up textiles, footwear and headgear) with search keywords and MFN duty rates for the US, EU, UK and Australia, published as an npm package. Needs Node, or read the JSON files directly. MFN rates only, no preferential or additional tariffs; a reference tool, the README says, since the importing country's customs decides; MIT.
