What it does
A LoRA adapter on Gemma-4-E4B-it that turns a product description into an eight-digit Cambodian HS code with customs duty, special tax, VAT and excise rates. Only the adapter is stored; loading it fetches the base model in 4-bit, and the examples assume a GPU. The card says generated rates may be wrong and to use its lookup table instead, but that file is not in the repository; Gemma licence.
