What it does
Flat CSV and JSON copies of the US Harmonized Tariff Schedule, the chapter 99 additional duties that name a country, and EU import duties by HS subheading for 15 origins, refreshed with each HTS revision. Load the files directly; no code is needed. US data is CC0, EU data is under the Open Government Licence with attribution; the README calls it a convenience copy, not a legal reference.
