originshift
US non-preferential rules of origin (19 CFR 102.20 and 102.21) as a machine-readable corpus with a CLI.
What it does
Compiles the US non-preferential rules of origin in 19 CFR 102.20 and 102.21 from the eCFR into a machine-readable corpus and resolves a good's origin, citing the rule, from a Python API or a command line with CSV batches. It installs with pip; textile goods need production facts as well as codes or come back unresolved. The README marks it beta, Part 102 only, with one maintainer; Apache 2.0.
