An npm package (hs-codes) that normalises, validates and formats 8-digit HS codes, extracts chapter and heading, looks up chapter titles, and calculates Bangladesh customs duty from an assessable value and the CD, SD, VAT, AIT, RD and AT rates with the published cascade formula. It needs Node 18 or later. The README says it bundles no live rates: supply current official rates before filing.
