tariff-everywhere
Local US HTS lookup in SQLite with a CLI and an MCP server.
Hippocratic License 3.0
What it does
A local lookup of the US Harmonized Tariff Schedule: a script downloads all 99 chapters from the USITC public API into a SQLite database, then a command-line tool, a Python library, an MCP server and a Datasette web interface search codes, duty rates and descriptions. It runs in Docker or with Python 3.12 or later; the MCP server runs locally only. The Hippocratic License 3.0 limits reuse.
