Tariff classification with legal reasoning for Nigeria's ECOWAS common external tariff and the US HTS.
What it does
Classifies goods to a line of Nigeria's ECOWAS Common External Tariff or the US HTSUS and argues the choice from Section and Chapter Notes, the General Rules of Interpretation and CBP rulings; it asks for missing facts and itemises Nigerian landed duty in naira. Needs Python 3.12, PostgreSQL, pgvector and Docker; the last stage calls a paid model. A research project, not legal advice; no licence.
Licence unknown: we found no licence we could recognise. Check with the maintainers before you reuse the code.
