CFO Stack
Beancount accounting run through Claude Code, with jurisdiction packs for Canada, the US, Taiwan and China.
What it does
Beancount plain-text accounting driven by slash commands in Claude Code or Codex: bank CSVs, receipts and invoices go into a double-entry ledger that yields statements, dashboards and tax review packets per jurisdiction pack. Needs Python and an AI coding agent; built-in regions are Canada, the US, Taiwan and China. For solo founders, freelancers and small firms; complex cases need a professional.
Where it fits on the map
Not on the map: for individual taxpayers.
The map places maintained projects for a company tax department or a tax authority, without a demo or paid-service flag. Everything else stays on the list with its label.
