What it does
Classifies products into Colombian tariff codes (HS6 and 10-digit national openings) with the six General Rules for Interpretation, product rules, vector and text search (pgvector), a coherence check and GPT-4o re-ranking, plus a scraper for DIAN resolutions. Flask backend, Next.js frontend; needs an OpenAI API key and Chrome. The README is in Spanish; its licence line is a placeholder.
