What it does

JavaScript library that parses, validates and formats HS codes, looks up descriptions and MFN duty rates for the US, EU, UK and China from a bundled CSV, and computes landed cost on each destination's dutiable-value basis. Needs Node 18 or later; no runtime dependencies. MIT; the bundled sample of 375 HS6 codes goes stale, it warns, and Section 301 and 232 layers are deliberately left out.
