HMRC Customs Declaration Service APIs

What it does

HMRC's Customs Declarations API: takes a declaration in the WCO schema, validates it against DMS WCO 3.6 and passes it to the CDS backend, with endpoints to amend, cancel, upload documents and notify arrival. A Scala service needing MongoDB and sbt; three API versions are chosen by the Accept header. A sister stub fakes the API and its notifications for local development; Apache 2.0.
