openschedule
South African SARS customs tariff schedule tooling for versioned, auditable rule sets.
What it does
A TypeScript toolkit that downloads the official SARS customs schedule PDFs into a local cache, builds a local ruleset and looks up tariff lines, rates and rebates and estimates duty through a library, a CLI or an MCP server, citing the SARS page used. It ships no SARS data. The README says it is no customs broker, classifier or legal opinion, and unclear rates give a null estimate; Apache 2.0.
