AfCFTA_Rules_of_Origin
Rust prototype encoding the AfCFTA rules of origin (Article 5) as rules-as-data.
What it does
A Rust kernel for the Data With Direction Specification (DWDS), meant to turn the AfCFTA rules of origin for wholly obtained goods (Article 5) into rules as data: small programs ingest rules into SQLite, select those in effect for a document and apply them to produce an 'ought' document. Builds with cargo or nix. A prototype: the api is mostly done, invoke and sync are not; AGPL-3.0.
Where it fits on the map
Not on the map: a demo.
The map places maintained projects for a company tax department or a tax authority, without a demo or paid-service flag. Everything else stays on the list with its label.
