borderlogix-hs-engine
FastAPI implementing WCO GIR 1 to 6 for Papua New Guinea customs classification with duty and SAD mapping.
What it does
A FastAPI backend that classifies goods for Papua New Guinea customs by applying the WCO General Interpretative Rules 1 to 6 in order with a Gemini model, returning a proposed tariff code, a confidence grade, the rules applied, a duty and GST calculation and a mapping to SAD boxes 33 and 34. It needs Python and a Google Gemini API key. No licence is shown; the README ends with a copyright line.
Licence unknown: we found no licence we could recognise. Check with the maintainers before you reuse the code.
Where it fits on the map
Not on the map: a demo and needs a paid service.
The map places maintained projects for a company tax department or a tax authority, without a demo or paid-service flag. Everything else stays on the list with its label.
