Rules-of-Origin-Extractor
Node microservice that extracts rules-of-origin provisions from 450+ trade agreements in an external database.
What it does
A Node microservice that finds rules-of-origin chapters in trade agreement texts and extracts provisions with a type (value added, cumulation, processing, exception), regional value content thresholds and a confidence score, via a REST API and a batch script. It needs Node 18, PostgreSQL and an existing Trade Treaty Explorer database of more than 450 treaties, not in the repository. MIT licence.
