Parses the Thai Customs tariff master files into bilingual JSON by HS code, with WTO, FTA and ATIGA rates.
What it does
Node scripts that decode the Thai Customs Department's tariff files, included gzipped, into Thai and English JSON keyed by 8-digit HS code: WTO rates, FTA rates, Section 12 and Emergency Decree rates and import permits. It needs Node 18 or later. The README warns of possible parsing errors and stale data and says to check the source data's terms before redistributing; ISC licence for the code.
