The honest read
Open tools prepare survey and tax microdata for the models, and research code and data estimate profit shifting and its revenue cost: the Atlas of the Offshore World series and its Stata replication, unitary taxation, trade misinvoicing, a licensing study and the Tax Justice Network's portal (non-commercial). Open tax-gap estimation and revenue forecasting on an administration's own data: none in the list.
