OpenFisca policy

What it does

Policy-oriented survey simulation helpers extracted from OpenFisca Survey Manager: simulations, scenario helpers, aggregates, calibration, matching, COICOP helpers and legislation-as-of utilities. It is a Python package set up with uv and needs OpenFisca-Data-Manager for access to survey data. The README names no audience and states no licence; the repository carries a LICENSE.AGPL.txt file.
