PSL taxdata
Prepares microdata for US tax microsimulation with Tax-Calculator.
What it does
Prepares the input microdata for Tax-Calculator: sample, weights and growth-factor files built from the IRS-SOI Public Use File and the Current Population Survey. Runs from a Makefile in a conda environment, with Julia for the weight calculations; the PUF is restricted-use data and its stage 2 step takes over five hours. The README says results will change as data and logic improve; CC0 1.0.
