Open tools build and lint CRS, FATCA and DAC7 files, HMRC's CRS/FATCA, mandatory disclosure and digital platform reporting services are public, and the IRS's IDES samples are archived but readable. The exchange platforms themselves, request handling and MAP case tooling: nothing open.
