Browser tool that builds OECD CRS returns (XML v2.0 and v3.0) from a spreadsheet and keeps a filing ledger.
What it does
Converts an Excel or CSV spreadsheet into an OECD Common Reporting Standard XML return (schema v2 or v3) for new, corrected, void and nil returns, with a filing ledger so a correction can reference the record it replaces. A React app run with npm; the spreadsheet stays in the browser, the ledger needs Firebase. No XSD validation, no UK filing, and output has not yet been through a real portal.
Licence unknown: we found no licence we could recognise. Check with the maintainers before you reuse the code.
