TypeScript validator for OECD DPI and EU DAC7 XML: schema checks, typed errors, a CLI and a Swedish TIN rule.
What it does
Validates OECD DPI XML reports required under EU DAC7 against the bundled official schema and returns typed errors with stable codes, as a Node library or command-line tool. It needs Node 18 or later and the native libxmljs2 package; it is for digital platforms that must report seller income. It is an early pre-release whose API will change, with one country rule so far (Swedish tax numbers).
