What it does

A PHP library that converts bank client data into FATCA XML files zipped for submission through the IRS IDES gateway, and can prepare correction files. It needs PHP with several extensions plus the financial institution's SSL certificate, private and public keys and GIIN. The README says it was last tested against the IDES test gateway on 31 January 2017 with the version 2.0 schema.
