HMRC Mandatory Disclosure Rules service
HMRC's mandatory disclosure rules (MDR) service: credentials and subscription details, XML checks, submission.
What it does
HMRC's mandatory disclosure rules service: a frontend where registered users upload a cross-border arrangement as an XML file and see earlier submissions, and this backend, which checks the file against the XML schema, sends it for business-rule validation and returns an accepted or rejected status with error codes. Both are Scala services run through HMRC's service manager; Apache 2.0 licence.
