Telegram bot that picks EAEU TN VED codes only from an official local reference, never inventing a code.
What it does
A Telegram bot that proposes a ten-digit EAEU TN VED code from a product description or photo: candidates come from a locally imported official nomenclature, the model chooses only among them, and every code is checked against it before sending. It runs on Windows with Python 3.12, a bot token and the Claude Code CLI; the nomenclature is downloaded separately. The README calls it reference only.
