Answers questions on Chinese tax law by retrieving regulations with keyword and semantic search, classifies the question's intent and checks financial data for compliance risks. It runs on Python 3.11 or later with a DeepSeek API key, a local embedding model and a ChromaDB vector store. The README is in Chinese, names no licence and marks the Streamlit front end as planned.
