A Python script that uses pdfplumber to pull the rules-of-origin appendix of the EU-Colombia-Peru-Ecuador trade agreement PDF into a CSV with HS code, product description, processing requirement and notes columns. It runs with pip install and one command, and the README says the method can be adapted to other agreements. There is no licence file, and the repository has a single commit.
