What it does
Python scripts that generate an Excel workbook for preference utilisation analysis of the UK or Northern Ireland tariff, optionally limited by commodity-code first digit and a date, and can zip it, upload it to AWS and e-mail it by SendGrid. They need connection URIs for the UK and EU tariff databases. Archived in June 2026, with no licence; the README does not explain the analysis itself.
