LangGraph and Claude HTS classifier with a web demo; needs OpenAI, Pinecone and Anthropic keys.
What it does
A chat-style classifier for the US Harmonized Tariff Schedule: it embeds a product description with OpenAI, searches a Pinecone index built from the USITC HTS CSV and returns codes and duty rates when confident, otherwise asking Claude to pick a candidate or ask a clarifying question. It is a Flask backend with a React frontend and needs three API keys. The README calls the results reference only.
