HSKN
CLI agent prototype classifying products to HS and CN codes with the German Electronic Customs Tariff (EZT).
What it does
A Python command-line agent that queries the German Electronic Customs Tariff (EZT-Online) to classify goods for import or export, returning the commodity code, measures and explanatory notes as JSON. It needs Python 3.12 or later and an OpenAI-compatible API endpoint, key and model in a .env file. The README says it assists classification and gives no legally binding tariff information; MIT.
Where it fits on the map
Not on the map: a demo.
The map places maintained projects for a company tax department or a tax authority, without a demo or paid-service flag. Everything else stays on the list with its label.
