Self-hosted web platform built for the Tunisian customs authority that runs OCR over scanned PDFs and offers full-text search across 3,007 documents: tariff rulings, administrative correspondence and World Customs Organization decisions. Python backend with PostgreSQL, JWT role-based access, Docker and Nginx. The documents are not in the repository, and no licence is named.
