.NET and Next.js valuation decision support with HS reference data and price evidence for Ethiopian customs.
What it does
Valuation support for Ethiopian customs officers: Ethiopian HS codes and duties, international price evidence from Google Shopping (SerpAPI) and manufacturer sites (Apify), officer drafts, admin review and audit trails. A .NET 8 API, a Next.js 15 portal and PostgreSQL or Supabase. No market price becomes a legal customs value by itself, the API has a production gate, and no licence is named.
