What it does
Ruby gem that generates ZATCA e-invoices and QR codes: for phase 1 you pass seller name, VAT registration number, timestamp, VAT total and invoice total and get a Base64 PNG QR code; phase 2 is documented in the project wiki. Install with gem install zatca or Bundler. Phase 2 support is described as still new, so there may be bugs; the library is not affiliated with or endorsed by ZATCA.
