What it does
Flutter app that scans a Saudi ZATCA e-invoice QR code with the camera or from the gallery, decodes the Base64 TLV payload and shows the seller details it carries, with a local scan history. It builds for Android, iOS, web and Windows but is not in any app store; the README offers an APK. The author says the project was sold and development here has ceased, and there is no licence file.
