PHP library that applies EU VAT rates and MOSS rules and validates VAT numbers.
What it does
Takes a net price and a country code and returns the gross price with the EU VAT rate applied under MOSS rules, exposes the rate, net and tax amounts, and validates VAT numbers against VIES. It runs on PHP 7.3 or later, standalone or in Laravel; UK checks need HMRC Developer Hub credentials. The README makes no promise that the taxes it calculates are correct and leaves checking to you; MIT.
