What it does
A versioned JSON dataset of US state and local sales-tax rates, economic-nexus thresholds and SaaS taxability for every state and DC, with a source and hash on each record. You download the JSON from GitHub releases; no runtime or key is needed. PolyForm Internal Use License: free for internal use, but reselling, bundling or offering a lookup service to others needs a commercial licence.
Licence: PolyForm Internal Use 1.0.0. Check its terms before you reuse it.
