PHP library that builds UBL 2.1 e-invoices for Peppol BIS Billing 3.0.
What it does
Builds UBL 2.1 invoices and credit notes for Peppol BIS Billing 3.0, for Dutch and Belgian documents, checks VAT numbers against VIES and can post the XML to an access point from Laravel. It needs PHP 8.2 or newer; Laravel and access-point credentials are only for sending. It is not an access point and its own check is not the full Schematron, so run an official validator before going live.
