PHP library to read and create UBL electronic invoices.
What it does
Creates UBL and Peppol BIS 3.0 invoice and credit-note XML from invoice data, and reads existing UBL files back into objects. It is a PHP library installed with Composer, for PHP 8.x with support for PHP 7.4. The README says it is not 100% UBL/Peppol feature-complete but covers the common tags needed for most invoices and credit notes; MIT licence.
