What it does
Streamlit app with three agents: planned regulatory research with web search, a composer that drafts Local and Master File sections from uploaded financials and interview notes, and an assistant that answers questions over IRC 482, OECD material and your own documents. It needs Python 3.10 or later, a Google Gemini API key and a Programmable Search Engine ID. CC BY-NC 4.0, so no commercial use.
