What it does
Web app and command-line tool that reads an intercompany agreement, extracts tested-party facts with Claude, finds 10-K filers in SEC EDGAR, screens them with six comparability filters, computes an interquartile range for the transactional net margin method (TNMM) and writes a PDF. Needs Python and an Anthropic API key. A hackathon first-pass demonstration, not tax advice, per the README.
