HS6 classification engine: hybrid Qdrant and BM25 search with LangGraph reasoning over WCO schedules.
What it does
Classifies cargo descriptions from bills of lading into 6-digit Harmonised System codes: regex cleaning, hybrid Qdrant and BM25 retrieval over the WCO nomenclature, then one Gemini call that picks a code with a reasoning chain, confidence and alternatives. It needs Python 3.11 or later, Docker for Qdrant and a Google Gemini API key. The README presents it as week 4 of a larger platform; MIT.
Where it fits on the map
Not on the map: needs a paid service.
The map places maintained projects for a company tax department or a tax authority, without a demo or paid-service flag. Everything else stays on the list with its label.
