What it does
A PHP software development kit (SDK) that validates an EU VAT number through the European Commission's VIES REST service and returns country code, number, request date, validity, holder name and address, with typed exceptions for VIES fault codes. It is installed with Composer and needs Guzzle and the companion interface package; a test service class targets the VIES test endpoint. MIT licence.
