python-a38
Python library to create, parse, validate and render Italian electronic invoices (Fattura Elettronica).
What it does
A Python library and a38tool command line to describe, validate, serialise and parse Italian electronic invoices (Fattura Elettronica), with JSON, XML, HTML and PDF output and CA certificate handling for signature checks. It needs Python 3 with dateutil, pytz and asn1crypto; lxml and wkhtmltopdf are optional for rendering. The README says only part of the specification is implemented (Apache 2.0).
Where it fits on the map
Not on the map: inactive.
The map places maintained projects for a company tax department or a tax authority, without a demo or paid-service flag. Everything else stays on the list with its label.
