What it does
Creates ZATCA Fatoora e-invoices for Saudi Arabia: it generates and signs the XML, produces the QR code, handles certificates, and submits invoices to ZATCA's API. It is a PHP 8.1 library that needs the dom, openssl, hash and mbstring extensions plus an OTP and certificates from ZATCA. The README calls it unofficial and says onboarding was tested against the production API; MIT licence.
