What it does

A desktop tool (GUI and command line) that renders XRechnung and other EN 16931 e-invoices into a readable view, validates them with an exportable report, checks Leitweg-ID check digits and converts between UN/CEFACT CII and UBL 2.1. It needs Java 9 or higher (bundled in the Windows installer) and runs offline on Windows, Linux and macOS. The README warns that development is paused; GPL-3.0.
