mustangproject
Java library, validator and tool for e-invoices: Factur-X/ZUGFeRD, XRechnung and UN/CEFACT CII.
What it does
Java library, command-line tool and REST server that reads, writes and validates e-invoices in ZUGFeRD 1 and 2, Factur-X and XRechnung (UN/CEFACT CII); it also embeds XML in a PDF, extracts it, converts CII to UBL and PDF/A-1 to PDF/A-3. It needs a Java runtime; the README builds with OpenJDK 21 and Maven. The validator checks against the EN 16931 Schematrons; Apache 2.0 licence.
